NET4EXA
NET4EXA will be present at HiPEAC 2026, taking place from 26 to 28 January in Krakow, Poland.
The project will be featured at its own booth, offering an opportunity to exchange with the community and share insights into our work on interconnect technologies for future European HPC systems.
We look forward to meeting fellow researchers, industry stakeholders, and project partners at the event.
15-16 October 2025
The NET4EXA consortium will meet in Heraklion, Crete, for its next face-to-face meeting on 15–16 October 2025. This meeting will be hosted by FORTH (Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas).
NET4EXA has been invited by ETP4HPC to take part in a Birds of a Feather (BoF) session at SC2025, alongside other key European projects. This invitation is a recognition of the project’s contribution to Europe’s HPC technology landscape and an opportunity to engage in dialogue with international actors.
The session will highlight how European initiatives — including NET4EXA — are addressing critical aspects of next-generation HPC systems, and explore possibilities for global collaboration.
We look forward to contributing to this exchange.
BoF session title:
Where could Europe add value? – ETP4HPC (The European HPC Technology Platform) showcases the collaboration opportunities presented by next generation European technology.
Abstract (100 words):
Thanks to the continuous stream of funding provided by EuroHPC, Europe is now ready to build next generation, world-class HPC systems.
Its project portfolio offers solutions that pave the way towards global leadership and collaboration opportunities in the following complimentary areas: (DARE project – HPC architectures, EPI – processor development, NET4EXA – interconnect, and SEANERGYS – energy management).
This BoF will showcase these projects with a view of identifying related efforts and technologies overseas (US, Asia, Japan, India, other regions), with which a collaboration would be feasible.

You will find us at the EuroHPC Joint Undertaking booth, where we will be showcasing the project alongside other European projects.

The consortium partners will meet for a face-to-face meeting on the premises of University of Rome Sapienza, at the invitation of INFN Sezione di Roma.

The consortium partners will meet for a kickoff meeting on the premises of Eviden at Sophia-Antipolis in Southern France.
